You now have a better understanding of the applicability and effectiveness of the employee handbook. Your have researched how managerial mistakes can lead to litigation. Now develop a presentation to discuss the importance of the handbook to propose changes to the existing handbook, and the potential results that failure to understand it can have both within the company and outside in the community.
