Then, look up the unemployment rate by clicking on "Economic Releases" and selecting "Employment and Unemployment". Click on "Employment situation". Then, click on "Table A-2 Employment status of the civilian population by race, sex and age". Then, review any of the other links that you find interesting.

Compare each of these rates that pertains to you with the overall US unemployment rate. Write 3 to 4 sentences on the information you found. List anything that you found that is interesting or unusual as well.

2. Find the unemployment rates in Europe. Go to EuroStat Statistics Explained website.

Review the written material as well as the charts on this website. Provide some data about Europe's unemployment rate (2 to 3 sentences). Why are the rates of unemployment so much higher in some European countries? (2 to 3 sentences)

3. Go to the Sperling's Best Places website to compare cost of living.

Compare the cost of living in the town you live in with 3 other towns. Write a 3 to 5 sentence summary of the differences in the cost of living between the other towns. Conclude by stating whether or not you would be willing to move to any of these towns in the future.
