II. Suggesting two additional attributes that are also critical to the competition in this industry and doing the comparison as well. Again, include some quantitative data to determine the values or support your inference.

b. Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning

I. Selecting two attributes (out of the 4 attributes in the value map) that help us to determine the market segments (completing the positioning map)

II. Inferring the target customer for each segment in the positioning map (profile-based only).

c. Marketing Strateg

I. Listing goals of these companies (vision/ mission statements).

II. Concluding whether their goal and marketing strategy are consistent based on your analysis from (a) to (b).
