a. Describe the communications involved during the conflict.
b. Identify the method(s) used to resolve the workplace conflict.
c. Determine strategies implemented to help facilitate a “win–win” resolution to the problem.
d. Explain how the resolution strategies and processes that were used could also be used for future conflicts within the workplace or similar environment
