Listen to the 7 minute interview on NPR with Eran Riklis, the maker of the film Syrian Bride then answer the following questions in a paragraph or two (<400 words).

How, in your opinion, does the US recognition of the Golan Heights as Israeli territory impact peace efforts in the region? In what way did listening to Riklis impact your view on this topic?
