Discussion Post: Feedback
The consultant gives feedback outside of formal feedback meetings as well. As you consider and review the principles of feedback, respond to the following questions:
a) Describe a time when you provided feedback in your project.
b) Why was that time selected, and how did it go?
c) What worked? What do you wish you had done differently?
d) Have you built in the appreciative approach? If so, how did you do it?
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
