Service Learning Is about more than Just volunteering. It is about applying what you've learned in the classroom to the world. Not only that, but you get to meet real community needs in the process!
Personal reflection of your service is a mandatory part of the Service Learning process. In order to receive Service Learning credit, you must complete a Reflection Assignment.
If your instructor requires a reflection assignment, include a copy of the assignment when you turn in your time sheet. Make sure your name and student id number are clear* written on the assignment.
If your instructor does not require any type of reflection assignment, you must complete the following assignment:

Answer the following questions on another sheet of paper. Be sure to Include your name and student id number at the top. In order to receive credit, all parts of the assignment must be legible (easy to read). Turn your timesheet and reflection into the Service Learning office together at the end of the semester.

2. How did the work benefit the community?
3. How did your Service Learning experience help you do better in your course?
4. How did your coursework help you with the work you did for Service Learning?
5. How did the Service Learning experience impact you personally?
6. How did the Service Learning experience impact your future career?
7. Any final thoughts?
