• Discuss the importance of benchmarking in Human Resources
• Explain how managers and Human Resources work together in consultation for the organizational business unit
If you have difficulty finding a company to research, you are recommended to research the same company from your Employee Relations Interview. If necessary, you could also use the interview to conduct some additional research for this assignment and ask your interviewee about the strategic partnership between Human Resources and the rest of the business.
