Refer to Cross' model of racial identity development. Create a fictitious client that is in one of the stages of racial identity development (pre-encounter, encounter, immersion-emersion, internalization, or internalization-commitment). Responses should be 500 words or longer.
a) Describe which stage of racial identity development is your client currently in.
b) Describe the events and experiences that helped for the client's current stage of racial identity development.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
