Identify the method(s) used to resolve the workplace conflict.
Determine strategies implemented to help facilitate a "win-win" resolution to the problem.
How did these compare to the ones that you researched?
Explain how the resolution strategies and processes that were used could also be used for future conflicts within the workplace or similar environment.
