Instructions:
• You will create an advertisement for a favorite product you have. It can be food, drink, household item or even for a favorite place you like to visit such as avacation resort or even just the local park. In this advertisement, you will apply your skills from each Lesson of 1-4 we covered.
Lesson 1: (Modify document set up Properties, differentiate file formats Properties) Manage image elements and formats, resampling, color modes, color settings, applying design principles, elements, and graphic composition.Modify document set up Properties, differentiate file formats Properties.
Lesson 2: Selection tools, Selection Actions, Channels, Layers, Layers Panel, Layer Nesting
Lesson 3: (Managing Selections and Layer)Adjust layers, types of adjustments, apply camera raw, refine images by using advanced tools, sharpening, blending, and changing image opacity.
Lesson 4: Modify document set up Properties, differentiate file formats Properties, manipulate selections Properties, Prepare layered documents Properties, Modify transformations Properties.
You only need to apply one technique, layer, tool option, etc. per Lesson but you may apply more if you feel you need to in order to create the advertisement to your liking.
• Once this is completed, you will complete a two-page Paper: 12 font Times New Roman, double-spaced paper in APA Style format (all formatting aspects to be in APA including references) describing the following:
1. Purpose of the advertisement. You must identify a valid purpose as if this advertisement is will be posted for the public.
2. Describe how you organized or customized workspace used from Lesson 1 and any challenges or purpose identified.
3. Describe the design principles, elements and graphics applied from Lesson 2 and why it was selected.
4. Describe the tools and/or layer applied from Lesson 3 and why it was selected.
5. Describe the repairing or retouching applied from Lesson 4 and why it was selected.
6. Describe an image adjustment you applied to the image from Lesson 5 and why it was selected.
7. Save your file as two different formats and describe how the two images differ.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
