You will continue working on the development of the IT network system application project and contributing to the Key Assignment deliverable.
To develop a high-quality system that meets all requirements, a quality assurance plan should be created and followed. This week, you will develop the quality assurance plan section of your project plan.
You will also begin executing the project plan to develop the IT network system application. Each team member should complete the tasks that he or she was assigned this week. These tasks were designated in the work breakdown structure (WBS) that was created in the previous week.
Group Discussion
As a group, discuss activities that should be included in a quality assurance plan. This will be the first week in which you will report the status of project development in your quality management report. A section of this report should include the results of the quality assurance activities that were executed this week.
Discuss the progress of your assigned tasks from the WBS, and offer assistance where possible.
Individual Deliverables
Section 7: Quality Assurance Plan
You will complete the quality assurance plan section of your project plan and begin the implementation process of your project. Your plan should address the following:
• Include a description of the type of quality planning you will use for this project for each phase of development. Associate each part of the quality assurance plan with the corresponding phase of the chosen system development methodology.
• Describe the unit testing plan, including a minimum of 10 major test cases.
• Plan for integration, system, and regression testing.
• Specify the quality metrics that you will use.
• Describe how system defects will be measured and reported.
• Identify the risk-management strategies that you will employ.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
