Homework: Revised Project Proposal
Overview
This is the second of three homeworks that, as a whole, will cover all aspects of the project life cycle relevant to your selected project.
Assume that your project sponsor has reviewed the project proposal and has asked that you make some changes to it. For the purposes of this homework, consider your professor's feedback to be your project sponsor's review comments.
Task
Write a 4 to 6 pages paper in which you:
1. Provide a brief summary of your project.
2. Update the goals and objectives based upon your project sponsor's feedback, and add two more goals and objectives. (Use your professor's feedback to update your goals and objectives.)
3. Describe at least three key milestones and/or deliverables for your project.
4. Describe a high-level timeline that includes key tasks and deadlines.
5. Estimate the project's overall cost and any key staffing and non-staffing resources needed.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
The specific course learning outcome associated with this homework is:
1. Revise a project plan so that it clarifies objectives, specifies deliverables, timelines, and costs, and aligns with stakeholder needs.
