Investment Management Assignment
Prepare an in-depth report recommending the proper investment of AUD$3 million for a five year investment period for a specific investment client. The investment portfolio is to hold at least three asset classes (equity, debt, and at least one other asset class). The report must use publicly available information to set out the risk and return characteristics of each asset class and the portfolio (including an assessment of how each asset class affects the portfolio). The report structure must include an executive summary; an introduction; a client profile setting out your client’s investment goals, constraints, and risk tolerance; risk and return analyses for each of the asset class components of the portfolio; portfolio risk and return forecasts (comprising an end of period wealth forecast); and a detailed implementation plan. The report will not normally be less than 25 pages or more than 40 pages, including all exhibits.
