Degrees to horizontal and with initial speed

A ball is thrown from the top of a building upward at an angle of 39 degrees to the horizontal and with an initial speed of 24 m/s. The ball is thrown at a height of 57 m above the ground and hits the ground 98.5529 m from the base of the building. What is the speed of the ball just before it strikes the ground? The acceleration due to gravity is 9.8 m/s2 .
