For this post, read the article "How do students define their roles and responsibilities in online learning group projects?" by Williams et al., (2011). Examine the six roles identified by the authors (leader, wannabe, spoiler, agreeable enabler, coat-tails, and supportive worker), then pick one that you perceive to be a positive role and one that appears to be a negative role. Discuss how you would deal with each type of member's role from a Christian perspective. Remember, you only choose one positive role and one negative role to discuss.
