1. In two pages (cover page and one page 200-250 words), refer to the Real World Case, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Others: Understanding the Science behind Change. Organizational change goes beyond promotions and the threat of layoffs. What other ways than those discussed in the case would you use to entice people to embrace proposed changes? Provide several suggestions and justify their rationale.

Part Five

Read all chapters in Part five section of the textbook before class. Complete the following assignments:

1. Final Summary Paper and Presentation: Submit typed and double-spaced 8-10 full pages to include a cover page. Your paper is to summarize your learning experiences throughout this course.

2. You will present your summary to the class in a time frame of 10-15 minutes. This is a formal presentation and will be graded as such. The assignment should reflect a significant amount of preparation and work. The presentation should be formal, polished and well-rehearsed. You are required to include PowerPoint and or hand-outs; these tools will serve as visual aids and should highlight main ideas covered in your presentation. The final paper/presentation will include at least three outside sources as well as follow proper citation for each source.

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:

1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.

2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
