Problem: Innovation Plan
In this problem I want you to take an organization you have intimate knowledge of - preferably the place you are either currently employed or recently employed -and define a plan to make the organization more innovative. You should consider the risk factors and the potential benefit to the organization's, the employees, and its stakeholders.
Be sure to include:
o The organizational structure
o Leadership style
o Cultural factors (both inside and outside the company)
o Innovation categories / trajectories.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
