Your paper should meet the minimum page length requirement as stated in the specific directions below. Your paper must be double spaced with size 12 Times New Roman font and 1 inch margins on all sides. Your paper should have a title page, body (at least 6 full pages), and reference section all in APA style. You must use at least 3 scholarly sources outside of the required readings to supplement your paper. Please use complete sentences, appropriate grammar, spelling, and references. You will also be required to use in-text references in your work in accordance with APA style to avoid plagiarism.
Topic: Human Service Program Paper
For this assignment, you should create your own hypothetical human service program. As you think about a program that you would want to develop, address each of the following questions below using the concepts we have studied in the course. You do not need to separate your paper into sections in answering these questions
-What kind of need might your program address? Would you be focusing on a particular population or a particular issue or problem? Identify the population or issue you plan to address.
-As you consider your program, think about what the central mission of this program would be. Write a very brief statement about this central mission. Give your program a name.
-What are the political, economic, social, and technological factors that would be most likely to affect the clients you will serve? Be sure to mention at least 3.
-How might you go about assessing the needs and the strengths of your program's community?
-What factors of culture and diversity would have the greatest effect on your clients
-What are the mission and primary goals for this program? Give some examples of specific, measurable objectives that would help meet one of the goals you have identified and how they would be assessed.
-What are some activities or services that would be helpful in meeting the objectives?
-What theories do you see being used, explicitly or implicitly, in your organization and why?
-Describe your information system, giving particular attention to
(a) how you will measure the accomplishment of objectives and
(b) how you will document changes in the quality-of-life conditions experienced by clients.
