Functional Structure- an organization in which similar and related occupational specialities are grouped together. Divisional Structure- an organization made up of self-contained units.

Matrix Structure- a structure that weaves together elements of functional and product departmentalization, creating a dual chain of command.

Team-based Structure- An organization that consisted entirely of workgroups, or teams.

Your organization is moving away from a rigid organizational structure. As a supervisor, you're asked for your input on the changes that should be made. List your personal experience, what structure would you recommend and why? Write 3 to 4 paragraphs.
