1. Choose a type of organization with respect to your project based on your current state of organizational development. Remember that you are a startup company and that this is your first product. Create an organizational chart based on this design.
2. Choose a type of ultimate organization based on your hope to be successful and mass produce your project boat, as well, as create new models. Create an organizational chart based on this design.
Your organization should also include the normal organizational divisions such as marketing, engineering, finance, human resources, etc.
Populate each of the charts with members of your group. Note that individuals may wear more than one hat and that you can leave certain positions "To Be Announced - TBA".
Remember to designate your group leader for this week and mark that person's name with an asterix on the cover page.
