You are functioning in the capacity of Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) to an organization. As CKO, you are an organizational leader, responsible for ensuring that your organization maximizes the value achieved through "knowledge". You are responsible for managing intellectual capital and act as the custodian of KM practices in your company.
Your task is to create a virtual presentation which evaluates the strategic alliance of KM to your organization's missions and vision. Make sure to include the following in your presentation:
• Create a statement of objective as CKO
• Analyze the organization's KM strategies, KM structures, KM positions, and processes
• Make recommendations to improve the organization through KM strategies
• Remember to reference material from the course as to how sound KM practice is utilized in organizations
• Engage critical thinking and creativity
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
