Create a brochure that can be given to families that includes at least three outside community resources and at least one school district that provides one or more of the following related services for children with disabilities (find enough services so that all four areas are included in the brochure):
Counseling
Occupational therapy
Physical therapy
Speech therapy
If applicable, use resources outlined in your completed "Community Resources" assignment.
Describe contact information, the services each provides, and how the service provider, student, teacher, and family would collaborate for the benefit of the student.
Specify examples of activities students would be involved in and/or perform.
