Using Backup and Recovery Tools and Discovering Windows Apps:
1. Start PowerPoint 2016, create a Blank Presentation, and change the layout to Blank.
2. Save the presentation as Lastname_Firstname_2_Tools_Appsin a new folder named Chapter 2 on a USB drive. Note: After each use of PowerPoint, you will save and minimize its window.
3. Click Backup and if Automatically back up my files is displayed, skip the next step.
4. Add the USB drive as a Backup for File History. Close and reopen the Backup window.
5. Display PowerPoint and use the Screenshot command to create a Screen Clipping of the Settings window showing Automatically back up my files is On, and close the window.
6. Use File Explorer to display the USB drive. Display PowerPoint, add a new Blank slide, capture a Screenshot of the File Explorer window showing the FileHistory folder, and close File Explorer.
7. Using Settings, open Update & security and click Backup, and More options.
8. Display the PowerPoint window, and add a new Blank slide.
9. Use PowerPoint's Screenshot command to create a Screen Clipping of the Settings window and close the window.
10. Display the Microsoft Solitaire Collection and select Pyramid.
11. Add a Blank slide, use PowerPoint's Screenshot command to create a Screen Clipping of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection window, and close the window.
12. Open the Movies & TV app and click TV show gallery.
13. Add a Blank slide, use PowerPoint's Screenshot command to create a Screen Clipping of the Movies & TV window showing TV, and close the window.
14. Open the Weather app and, if necessary, maximize the window. If necessary, fill out information to personalize the weather content and start the app.
15. Click Expand and select Maps.
16. Add a Blank slide, use PowerPoint's Screenshot command to create a Screen Clipping of the Weather window showing the map, and close the window.
17. Open the Contact Support app and click Get Started.
18. Add a Blank slide, use PowerPoint's Screenshot command to create a Screen Clipping of the Contact Support window, and close the window.
19. On the Start menu, click the Mail app tile, click Get started, and click Add account.
20. Add a Blank slide, use PowerPoint's Screenshot command to create a Screen Clipping of the Add an account dialog box, and close the dialog box and window.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
