Case Study:
Analyze the Case Study (Denhardt, Denhardt, & Aristigueta, 2013, pp. 118-119), "Distress at DES." Answer the four questions at the end of the Case Study.
Summarize the answers for the Case Study in essay format with a minimum of 500 words. Format your response using APA style. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations.
Question 2 Research from your own external sources, and write a summary of the elements presented under the subtitle ‘Coping With and Managing Stress' . In this assessment we are looking for examples of the elements in actual practice, as well as support and rationale beyond the textbook for their use. Please do not simply cite what is in the text but go beyond the textbook content, and do an expanded research into content that justifies and highlights the elements discussed.
There should be three major categories within this essay:
• Introduction
• Summary of the elements with examples
• A brief discussion of the elements most prevalent in research.
