Confidence interval for difference in population means

A researcher wants to estimate difference in means of two populations. A random sample of 36 items from first population results in sample mean of 400. A random sample 49 items from second population results in sample mean of 460. The population standard deviations are 120 for first population and 140 for second population. From this information, make a 90% confidence interval for difference in population means.
