Web site customer service survey and critique
Choose a website that you do not use very often, if at all, and critique the customer service and web presentation for that website. Some suggested areas for critique include but are not limited to: In what areas does the website excel? Where do they need improvement? How would you rate ease of use? What about; usability?, Ease of use?, Attractiveness?, Design? What are your general impressions?
For this exercise you should use the Mystery Shopping Survey that you developed for Assignment #1 and supplement it with the questions suggestions from the text.

• Use sections headings to give your writing more structure
• Grammar, spelling and clarity of writing will be counted in your grade
