A rehabilitation patient does exercises to strengthen their upper arm. Their upper arm segment is cm long from the shoulder (S) to the elbow (E) and lies in the vertical y-z plane at an angle of 20 degrees below the y-axis. Their forearm segment is 40cm long from the elbow to the hand (H) and lies in the horizontal x-y plane at an angle of 10 degrees lateral of the positive x-axis. Resistance is provided by a vertical force of F=300N.
