We have talked so much about clear communication and its' importance in project management. Best practices used by firms to outsource project work relating to best practices has a lot to do with communication in the project management outsourcing as well. Some people really struggle with communication. Do you think that communication is a learned art or something that people are generally natural at and others will struggle. What are some things that you have done to improve your communication techniques? I'm always curious on how I can grow in that field.
