Communicating an Emergency Response Plan
A company develops an emergency response plan to be used in the event to natural disasters such as floods, hurricanes, and earthquakes and human disasters such as explosions, brownouts or workplace violence. What is the value of such a plan? How might the Human Resource Manager/professional communicate this value, and "roll out" this plan to the organization?
