In this assignment you will analyze an organizational problem involving more than one culture, select an approach for resolving the situation, and justify your choice.
Procedure
1.Select an organizational problem involving more than one culture that you are currently facing or have faced in the past.
?How would you select which of the five possible approaches to managing the problems caused by diversity that you would use?

2.Post a description of the situation on the Forum, your selected approach, and the reason you selected that approach.
3.Turn in a 2-page, 500 - 700 words, (maximum) description of the organizational problem involving more than one culture that you have selected, the approach you would take to manage it, and the reason that you believe that that approach would be more effective than the other four possible approaches.
