Problem:
Evaluate the model presented by the authors with regards to linking charisma to, first, motivation and then to transformation. Identify and analyze the mechanisms by which leaders induce positive emotional experiences, communicate vision, and motivate followers. Finally, evaluate the degree to which the leader's level of charisma is able to influence the following components of follower motivation: The direction of action, the intensity of effort, and effort persistence.
