The strategy should be developed quickly and executed effectively in order to advance in the industry. When possible, a variety of possible scenarios should be included in the strategic plan in order to save time during future planning sessions and maintain focus of the original plan. The main actions to take when harnessing change, specifically technological change, are to act quickly and efficiently, embrace the change, and educate those involved rapidly and completely.
