Question: Can termination be done by both parties(client and a contractor)? For example if there was an agreement between both contractors and clients and if the client begins to ask for much more than what was agreed upon and the contractor feels he cannot accomodate what is additionally being asked, can he terminate the project just as a client can if the work is not getting done to the extent that was agreed upon?
