You have just been promoted to Director of Operations for your organization! Now, as the newest member of the management team, you have been informed that your organization is acquiring a competitor to increase market share. The plan is to integrate the two organizations into one company. The competitor is approximately 50% larger than your organization in terms of employee head count, locations, and assets.
