Case Scenario:
Hi I'm the owner of young company named Pivot Solutions (PS) WLL.
PS specialized in HR services include outsourcing HR functions, and many HR services else. However, I'm looking for expert to draft business agreement for outsourcing HR services and cover all the below elements. The agreement should be drafted in high level standard with the aim to reflect hi quality of PS services.
Elements:
The age of the agreement is 1 year.
1. Client must pay agreement amount quarterly (beginning of each quarter).
2. PS will employ an account manager to be the focal point and serves the client during the formal working hours of the client.
Any urgent requirement in the off days (holiday, weekend, after working hours) will be charged to the client/
The services that are belong to the agreement: medical insurance, vacation monitoring, flight & hotel reservation, payroll.
3. Client should pay any expenses related to the services within ten days of the invoice date. The services include: hotel,a flight reservation, medical insurance or any expenses linked to client service/order.
4-If the client delay in paying the services charges will be subjected to pay 10% more to the service charge.
5- The account manager should visit the client frequently.
6- Any addition services such as governmental services, headhunting, hr consultation will not be subjected to the agreement. Means, it pay independently.
7- Client must clarify the cut of date of the payroll, clarify the targeted date of the payroll, gives training and access to the payroll system.
8- Any order of agreement services should be delivered based on request by email from authorized person from client side.
9- PS should pay penalty in case of delay in processing the payroll or any services else if the client didn't approve the delay in advance.
10- Both parties subjected to pay penalty if they decided to terminate the contract 4000 BD.
