Each student will write a Final Report Project due the last week of the termbefore finals. The final project will be a formal report to "senior management". The project, following the structure of a formal report, will analyze some aspect of business, industry, Education, or government and pose recommendations from a serious study of the problem and a review of the issue.Such reports may be a business plan, a proposal for a corporate or institutional change, an analysis of a specific business situation, or a marketing and advertising plan.
Outline of the paper:
• Design a table of contents
• Pick an industry-business, education, government, nonprofit, etc.
• Briefly discuss the industry's market/history.
• Find a problem or source for improvement or comparison in the industry.
• Propose a solution to the problem or an idea to improve a process.
• Suggest thebenefits of your proposal.
• Conclusion-summarize why there is an issue, what your proposal is, and its benefits.
• Number of pages: 6-8 (including cover page, table of contents, bibliography).
