1. Attitudes are evaluative statements—favorable or unfavorable—concerning objects, people, or events. They reflect how an individual feels about something. When a person says, “I like my job,” he or she is expressing an attitude about work. An attitude is made up of three components: cognition, affect, and behavior.
2. Does it pay to be socially responsible? Basically, is Corporate Social Responsibility good business - is it ethical? Address this question from two perspectives: 1) as a company shareholder, 2) as a member of the community where the company is headquartered.
