At the meeting the director has asked you to introduce the department to corporate values, describe the company culture, and explain its organizational structure. Additionally you have been tasked to develop and describe a methodology to evaluate the skill level of the group being trained. You should provide information about organizational theories in general, identifying which theory the company and department best reflects. Be thorough and detailed in your explanation after all this is new information for the department staff.

8-12 slides (with 200-250 word speaker notes per slide) are required for your presentation. Additionally, include a title and reference slide. The title slide (includes topic title, your name, etc.) makes your presentation look and appear professional. The reference slide (at the end, if used) ensures credit is acknowledged for other's work.
