Assignment: Memo to the Board
For this assignment, you will write a (fictional) 2-3 page memo to the board of the organization you have been researching and evaluating. In this memo, you will recommend some performance measures and a process to capture them. Be sure to include the following:
• Recommend outcome and/or impact measures and a process to capture them.
• Recommend a set of performance measures for the board to review on a regular basis that will benefit both the clients and the organization.
• Articulate why your performance measures are important and how you will determine from one reporting period to the next how you will analyze the measures.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
