Topic: What Can We Do to Help Others?
a) Do you feel that we cut ourselves off and create "gated" communities-that is, set apart from the problems of other communities?
b) Do we rely too much on government and the police to resolve social problems? Are these problems too big for individuals and communities to sort out for themselves?
