Since we are an online class, your team will more than likely be a distributed team. So what kinds of tools can you use to communicate and further your team building for your project? Find a communication tool that will help your team coordinate projects, work, and tasks. Analyze the tool for benefits and risks. Once one of your peers has already analyzed a tool, no other classmate can restate the same thing. So for example, if John Doe analyzed the benefits and risk of Skype, then no other classmate can re-examine it as part of the discussion board. There are many tools out there, so have some fun with it. Make sure you don't just analyze it but play around with it, you'll need to negotiate with your teammates to see if your tool is the right fit for your team.
