Activity Description As the business manager for ABC Clothing, you think that it is important that the store is modernized in terms of its information management processes and technology in order to create efficient and effective operations. You also think it is important to collect and analyze data relative to customer service and customer experiences.
For this assignment, your requirement is to develop a PowerPoint presentation and supporting spreadsheet where you describe information management and quantitative research techniques relative to the operations of the clothing store. Within the presentation, you must describe the following information management and quantitative techniques/statistics within the context of the clothing store:
1. Information Management Resources
2. Information Management Architecture and Infrastructure
