1. Leadership is all about how a person leads, directs, motivates, inspires, and sets example in front of the followers. A leader needs to show his ideology and follow it to show his authenticity instead of copying other's actions.

2. A successful ethical leader should keep a balance between the available resources and the targets to be achieved. He should try to use the resources in an optimal manner and should align them towards the direction that a leader has showcased.

3. One should keep a broader view on why he is doing, how it will take him to the goals and what all things he need to follow to keep himself energetic as well as motivation. One should not just keep a myopic attitude and focus on short term win. For example, I should see how I can use my learning's instead of just focusing on my grades in the short term.

4. After reading the two books and we share infomations and concepts in this course, I feel that I can make greatest contributions in an open work environment. I think that I can work better when I am given adequate freedom to use my thoughts, knowledge and implement them in the given subjects or work assignments.

5. If I want to become a good leader I should become confident as well as keep a positive attitude. I believe that my education will help me to gain diverse exposure, improve my though process and I need to apply these thoughts in various paradigms so that I can have more exposure and can learn from practice.

Thus, I can say that I am enlightened about the characteristics and qualities required to become a good leader or a good manager in the life. I can use these insights in progressing further in my career.
