Relating to an organisation of your choice, or as discussed with your trainer plan and develops a TNA (training needs analysis) along with a written report based on the employee's competencies and expectations. Your report must include:
• A strategy that reflects the diversity that exists in the learning process with regards to learners needs
• Learning needs that relate to social, cultural and other types of workplace diversity, such as the need for varied communication styles and approaches
• Learning needs may include developmental learning, for example the learning required to progress through an organisation and take on new tasks and roles
• Gaps between the competencies held by the employee, and the skills and knowledge required to effectively undertaking workplace tasks
