Strategic control is the system through which the organization can determine how efficient organizational strategies have been whether they have been applied or not. This can be accomplished through careful analysis, tracking and computing the strategies so formulated by the organization. The workplace, employees and their actions, productivity and so on is cautiously examined and their growth is reviewed from time to time in order to identify the faulty regions and correct them on time. Any corrective action must be taken instantly for the strategic control system to be efficient.
