Group incentive systems is a reimbursement system in that a group is paid for their combined performance, calculated through decrease in costs, raise in productivity and growth in achieving company’s goals or objectives. This system is planned for such circumstances where the goals of the plan are best well-matched to individuals working as a group rather than separately. Therefore, this system is helpful to evaluate the output of a group of workers when individuals are working as a group. Group incentive system can reward things that individual incentive system can’t, like team cooperation and work.
