Messenger RNA, or as well named as mRNA, transfer RNA, or as well named as tRNA, and ribosomal RNA, or as well named as rRNA, are the three main sorts of RNA. The new formed RNA molecule, a precursor of mRNA, is named as heterogeneous RNA (or hnRNA).
The heterogenous RNA bears portions named as introns and portions are named as exons. The hnRNA is processed in various chemical steps, introns are detached and mRNA is generated formed only of the exons, the biologically active nucleotide series.
