Homestead Strike of 1892: The Homestead Strike of 1982 was an industrial strike occurred due to dispute at the Homestead Steel Works in Homestead town. The dispute turned into a battle between private security holders and the protestors. It was the second largest battle and also one of the most serious disputes in the history of US labor. The final outcome of the battle was the defeat of of the union to unite the steelworkers.
