Page stealer determines the page suitable for swapping and situates the page number in the list of pages to be swapped.

Kernel copies the page to a swap device when clears and necessary the applicable bit in the page table entry, decrements the pfdata reference count up, and places the pfdata table entry on the end of the free list when its reference count is zero or nil.
